Background

The Irish Ring (Ring No. 85) of the International Brotherhood of Magicians hold a convention every year. The three main magical societies in Ireland take turns to host the convention and so the convention is held in Northern Ireland every three years, Dublin and Limerick being the other two venues

Venue

By popular demand the convention will return to Belfast, to a new venue the Four Star Stormont Hotel, and all events will take place under one roof.

As it is a Bank Holiday Weekend the Headquarters hotel is now fully booked except for the restricted number of rooms which have been set aside for conventioneers. These will be released to the general public six weeks before the convention on March 19th so you are advised to make your booking as soon as possible

Accomodation can be booked now at a special convention rate.

Unfortunately there is no alternative accommodation within walking distance but ten minutes by taxi will take you to central Belfast where a wide variety of Budget Hotels are available.
